Mr. Dung, Tapetco’s CTO, brings substantial experience as a Project Manager, collaborating with Skytanking, WEC, and SGS, to design and operate the Fuel Farm and FHS system at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. With expertise as a Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and IFQP Fuel Auditors course completion, he ensures quality and compliance. Mr. Dung also serves as the company’s Digital Transformation Leader, driving automation in aviation fuel system management.

Nguyen Duc Trung, Tapetco’s Head of Fuel Quality Assurance, brings 25 years of expertise in the field. He played a key role in establishing Tapetco’s ISO 17025:2017 Accredited Laboratory, emphasizing his commitment to maintaining exceptional fuel quality standards.

Pham Van Binh, Head of SSQE Division at Tapetco, possesses 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. His expertise spans ground services and the operation of management systems in Safety (SMS), Security (SeMS), Quality (9000), and Environment (14000). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Quality and Performance Management from the Vietnam-Belgium Master Program.
